March 20, 2008, Kyiv. VOLIA has proved its high professional level one more time. According to the TOP-100 results, the company president Sergiy Boyko was recognized as the best top-manager in Ukraine.

For the second year in a row Sergiy Boyko is acknowledged as the best top manager among senior executives of provider companies in Ukraine.
The list of participants of the TOP-100. The Ukraine’s Best Top Managers project includes managers of successful companies. The ranking is done by the top managers themselves. It helps to evaluate a manager’s performance without as little prejudice as possible and to determine leaders in different fields of activity. Evaluation criteria comprise basic constituents of a top manager’s successful work, including:

• reputation and personal properties;
• authority among his/her colleagues and competitors;
• ability to apply contemporary management methods and innovations;
• an efficient company strategy.

730 managers took part in the project.
