<p>The addition of&nbsp;TV-channel &laquo;Hockey&raquo; in&nbsp;VOLIA packages is&nbsp;timed to&nbsp;one of&nbsp;the highlights of&nbsp;the year&nbsp;&mdash; NHL 2012 All-Star Game, which will be&nbsp;broadcasted on&nbsp;the channel &laquo;Hockey&raquo; on&nbsp;January 29&nbsp;at 23:00 Ukrainian time. </p>

      <title><![CDATA[In December customers rated VOLIA service at 8.28 points]]></title>

<b>VOLIA, a&nbsp;leading provider of&nbsp;cable TV&nbsp;and high speed Internet, officially announced December 2011 results of&nbsp;the measurement of&nbsp;customer satisfaction. According to&nbsp;them, the average index for the customer satisfaction was on&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;8.28. As&nbsp;of&nbsp;today, this is&nbsp;the best result of&nbsp;the year, and it&nbsp;surpassed the <nobr>year-end</nobr> rate that was set on&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;8 points.</b></p>

<p>Eric Franke, CEO of&nbsp;VOLIA, said: &laquo;The achieved results show that changes in&nbsp;service and in&nbsp;general in&nbsp;the company, are seen by&nbsp;subscribers and evaluated by&nbsp;them at&nbsp;a&nbsp;high enough level. Despite the good result, we&nbsp;see areas that still require our special attention. One of&nbsp;the goals of&nbsp;the project, which we&nbsp;set for ourselves, was to&nbsp;demonstrate how consumers evaluate our service today, how it&nbsp;changes from month to&nbsp;month, and what we&nbsp;do&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve specific areas. This became a&nbsp;very strong motivation for each employee who directly contacts customers. In&nbsp;general, all 20 cities, where VOLIA provides its services showed growth in&nbsp;almost all areas. I&nbsp;would like to&nbsp;thank customers for their feedback; every answer that we&nbsp;received from you is&nbsp;of&nbsp;great importance to&nbsp;us. I&nbsp;also want to&nbsp;thank the staff of&nbsp;the company for effective implementation of&nbsp;the planned changes. As&nbsp;it&nbsp;was previously mentioned, our goal in&nbsp;2012 is&nbsp;to&nbsp;reach the level of&nbsp;8.5 points&raquo;.</p>
<p>According to&nbsp;the December results the average index for the customer satisfaction was on&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;8,28. The <nobr>call-center</nobr> support improved its score to&nbsp;8,21 points, customer service in&nbsp;<nobr>contact-centers</nobr> scored 8.42 points, connection was at&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;8.60 points, and the technical service received 7,99 points.</p>

<p>About 11,100 subscribers took part in&nbsp;this survey in&nbsp;December. 32&nbsp;630 customers participated in&nbsp;the survey during Q4 of&nbsp;2011, and 46&nbsp;000 have been received overall from the start of&nbsp;the project.</p>
<p>The data is&nbsp;collected in&nbsp;respect to&nbsp;four customer contact points: <nobr>call-centre</nobr>, connection service, <nobr>after-sale</nobr> support service and <nobr>contact-centres</nobr> every time after customer contacts the company. The questionnaire consists of&nbsp;five questions: one of&nbsp;them is&nbsp;general impression of&nbsp;provided from 1 to&nbsp;10, where 10 is&nbsp;being excellent. Other question help to&nbsp;evaluate service on&nbsp;such parameters as: punctuality, right first time, quality, politeness and competence of&nbsp;VOLIA personnel.</p>
<p>Customer satisfaction results will be&nbsp;officially published on&nbsp;VOLIA website every month.</p>

      <title><![CDATA[VOLIA announced October results of the measurement of customer satisfaction]]></title>

<b>VOLIA, a&nbsp;leading provider of&nbsp;cable TV&nbsp;and high speed Internet, officially announced September results of&nbsp;the measurement of&nbsp;customer satisfaction. In&nbsp;October 2011 the average index for the customer satisfaction was on&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;8.03. As&nbsp;of&nbsp;today, this is&nbsp;the best result in&nbsp;the last three months, and for the first time it&nbsp;surpassed the <nobr>year-end</nobr> rate that was set on&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;8 points.</b></p>

<p>Eric Franke, CEO of&nbsp;VOLIA comments: &laquo;VOLIA is&nbsp;definitely changing. We&nbsp;have declared that customer satisfaction is&nbsp;the number one priority of&nbsp;the company. I&nbsp;am&nbsp;happy, that we&nbsp;show good progress, but on&nbsp;the other hand we&nbsp;know that we&nbsp;still have many areas that need improvement. This year our target is&nbsp;8, but next year we&nbsp;will raise the level to&nbsp;8,5. The company is&nbsp;implementing significant changes on&nbsp;a&nbsp;monthly basis in&nbsp;the business processes of&nbsp;interaction with subscribers, in&nbsp;order to&nbsp;make them simpler and more convenient for clients.</p>

      <title><![CDATA[VOLIA announced September results of the measurement of customer satisfaction]]></title>

VOLIA, a&nbsp;leading provider of&nbsp;cable&nbsp;TV and high speed Internet, officially announced September results of&nbsp;the measurement of&nbsp;customer satisfaction. As&nbsp;of&nbsp;September 2011 the average index for the customer satisfaction was on&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;7.69.</p>

<p>Eric Franke, CEO of&nbsp;VOLIA comments: &laquo;VOLIA is&nbsp;changing significantly. The Customer Satisfaction is&nbsp;our number one priority. In&nbsp;order to&nbsp;dramatically improve the quality of&nbsp;service, we&nbsp;are embarking on&nbsp;a&nbsp;major transformation program, in&nbsp;which we&nbsp;are changing or&nbsp;optimizing internal and external processes and as&nbsp;a&nbsp;result improving the way the company interacts with customers. We&nbsp;already made a&nbsp;lot of&nbsp;progress and would like to&nbsp;publicly show how customers perceive our services today, how it&nbsp;is&nbsp;changing month by&nbsp;month, and what we&nbsp;do&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve certain issues&raquo;.</p>

<p>The Customer Satisfaction Barometer (CSAT) was initiated in&nbsp;August in&nbsp;order to&nbsp;evaluate customers&rsquo; satisfaction every time after they contact the company. Among important parameters that are evaluated by&nbsp;the Customers are punctuality, right first time, quality, politeness and competence of&nbsp;VOLIA personnel. The questionnaire consists of&nbsp;five questions: with first four being yes-or-no questions and the last one asking to&nbsp;put a&nbsp;mark on&nbsp;the ban score from 1&nbsp;to&nbsp;10, where 10&nbsp;is being excellent. The data is&nbsp;collected in&nbsp;respect to&nbsp;four customer contact points: call-centre, connection service, after-sale support service and contact-centres. </p>

<p>According to&nbsp;the September CSAT-results the average index for the customer satisfaction was on&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;7.69. The call-center support scored 7.31, customer service in&nbsp;contact-centers scored 8.38&nbsp;points, connection was at&nbsp;the level of&nbsp;8.53&nbsp;points, and the technical service received 8.09&nbsp;points. The biggest improvement as&nbsp;compared with previous period was shown by&nbsp;contact-centers. </p>

According to&nbsp;the results of&nbsp;August, 2011, VOLIA&rsquo;s customers scored servicing at&nbsp;7,63. The first results are encouraging. It&nbsp;shows that VOLIA is&nbsp;on&nbsp;the right track. It&nbsp;is&nbsp;close to&nbsp;company&rsquo;s plan of&nbsp;achieving 8&nbsp;scores in&nbsp;the end of&nbsp;2011. VOLIA intends to&nbsp;publish CSAT results every month.</p>

<p>VOLIA has embarked on&nbsp;major technical upgrade in&nbsp;order improve quality of&nbsp;products, which is&nbsp;another key priority of&nbsp;the company. <p>Taking into account the need of&nbsp;certain categories of&nbsp;customers in&nbsp;<nobr>high-speed</nobr> Internet, the introduction of&nbsp;DOCSIS 3.0 allowed VOLIA to&nbsp;offer packages with speeds of&nbsp;up&nbsp;to&nbsp;150 Mbps. According to the decision of the General Shareholders meeting, a Management Board was put in place. Its members are jointly accountable for the management of the company.</p>

<p>Also, operational and strategic management functions were separated. The responsibilities and authorities of President and CEO were redistributed according to key functions to achieve maximal management efficiency. At that, the position of COO was canceled. </p>

<p>Eric Franke, First Vice President of VOLIA, was appointed CEO. Earlier Mr. Franke held positions of First Vice President and COO.</p>

Prior to Mark’s tenure at MTS Ukraine, he held various executive roles in Utel in Ukraine and GTS and Golden Telecom in Russia. Earlier in his career, he also advised the Ministry of Communications on regulatory issues, including tariffs and restructuring. Mark is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. </p>

      <title><![CDATA[Announcement about technical works]]></title>

<p>Dear Subscribers,</br>
The company is finishing technical works in order to convert the cable network to digital technology. We would like to inform you, that <b>on april 3, 2010, on april 10, 2010   from 12:00 to 13:00</b> there will be an 1 hour interruption in analogue TV service provision on the separate segments of telecommunication network in Shevchenkivsky district. These interruptions will be caused by technical works being carried out on the cable network in order to prepare equipment to the transition to digital technology. Additionally subscribers have been informed by e-mail.</p>
