²⁾The “Night Unlimited” additional service can be ordered from 06:00 to 23:30 and only once a day. Night Unlimited is active from 01:00 to 08:00 the next morning. During this period traffic is not calculated.

Important:

• The group of usage profiles provides for a Monthly Subscription Fee, which is charged on the first day of a month or on the first day of activation of a certain usage profile, regardless of whether or not the service is used.
• Monthly Subscription Fee includes a specified amount of traffic.
• Monthly Subscription Fee depends upon monthly traffic usage.
• If you use more than the amount of traffic included in the Monthly Subscription Fee — every additional megabyte will be accounted for according to the tariff of your particular usage profile.
• If the service is terminated in the middle of the month (disconnection, temporary termination/refusal of the service, dissolved agreement) or resumed in the middle of the month — the subscription fee will be written off in full and the amount of traffic included in the subscription fee will stay unchanged.
• If the subscriber changes his/her usage profile to the one with a higher subscription fee, the billing system will recount the price difference, and the amount of traffic included in the new subscription fee will be provided according to new tariff usage profile.
• The company automatically gives a crediting option to a new subscribers, which allows access to the service in case of a negative balance on the personal account (the advance amounts to 100% of the current usage profile/tariff plan). You can switch off this option on your personal statistics web-page.
• The company provides an e-mail account at the voliacable. com domain and 20 Mb of free disc space on the mail-server to each new subscriber.
