Important:

• The “Small-Business” Group of tariff plans is provided for a Monthly Subscription Fee, which is charged on the first day of a month or on the first day of activation of a certain tariff plan, regardless of whether or not the service is used.
• Monthly Subscription Fee includes a specified amount of traffic provided for tariff plan №237 “Business-Start”, №238 “Business-Lite” and “№388 Business-Universal”.
• Traffic is not divided by direction (Ukrainian or Foreign). It is accounted as combined traffic.
• If you use more than the amount of traffic included in the Monthly Subscription Fee — every additional megabyte will be accounted for according to the new tariff of your particular plan.
• If the service is terminated in the middle of the month (disconnection, temporary termination/refusal of the service, dissolved agreement) or resumed in the middle of the month — the subscription fee will be written off in full and the termination/resuming procedure won't affect the amount of traffic included in the subscription fee (it will stay unchanged).
• If the subscriber changes his/her tariff plan to the one with a higher subscription fee, the billing system will recount the price difference, and the amount of traffic included in the subscription fee will be provided according to new tariff plan.
• The company automatically gives a crediting option to a new subscriber, which allows access to the service in case of a negative balance on the personal account (the advance amounts to 50% of the current tariff plan). You can switch off this option on your personal statistics web-page.
• The billing system recounts traffic every 15 minutes in order to control its use.
• The company provides an e-mail account at the voliacable. com domain and 20 Mb of free disc space on the mail-server to each new subscriber.

Part 2. Tariff plans “Unlimited”

Important:

• The “Vsesvit” Group of tariff plans provides a regular Monthly Fee for using the service during a month (which is accounted for according to the tariff of your particular plan), and for the specified number of IP-address.
• Unlike the Business-basoviy tariff, each month all charges will be accounted for on a pro rata basis based upon the number of days the service was provided including the last day of service use. This includes when the service was terminated in the middle of the month (disconnection, temporary termination/refusal of the service, dissolved agreement) or if the tariff plan was changed in the middle of the month.
• The company provides fixed IP-addresses by a subscriber's request:
  • for tariff plan №385 «Business-300» - 1 fixed IP-address;
  • for tariff plan № 386 « Business-600» - up to 2 fixed IP-addresses;
  • for tariff plan № 387 «Business-1200» - up to 4 fixed IP-addresses.
• The company provides an e-mail account in the voliacable.com domain and 20 Mb of free disc space on the mail-server to each new subscriber.

Part 3: Tariff plans «Business»

Important:

• The “Business” group of tariff plans provides a regular Monthly Fee for using the service during a month (which is accounted for according to the tariff of your particular plan), and for the specified number of IP-address.
• Each month all charges will be accounted for on a pro rata basis based upon the number of days the service was provided including the last day of service use. This includes when the service was terminated in the middle of the month (disconnection, temporary termination/refusal of the service, dissolved agreement) or if the tariff plan was changed in the middle of the month. 
• Technical availability of the service is determined by the company separately for each subscription order. Connection times may be changed if the factors which company does not have control of arise.
