E-mail is protected by «Spamooborona»

VOLIA mail-server has the antivirus protection and SPAM-filtration service for subscribers' incoming e-mail.

The antivirus protection is processing all incoming e-mail.

SPAM-filtration analyzes the contents of the e-mail and therefore can be activated only by Subscriber's written request.

There are four status levels of SPAM-filtration:

ON (enable) — all incoming e-mail classified as SPAM are not delivered to Subsriber's mail-box

OFF (disable) — all incoming e-mail will be delivered to Subsriber?s mail-box

Tagging of email header — the spam-flag «X-Volia-SpamFlag: YES» will be added to the header of e-mail classified as SPAM. User has to create a new rule for the mail user agent (Outlook, etc.) that will be removing all tagged emails to the corresponding folder (for example: Unwanted messages or Deleted messages)

Subject tagging — it works in a similar way as «the tagging of email header», but besides the spam-flag-message, the symbols «[SPAM]» will be added in the beginning of the email-subject.

For example, the e-mail message with a subject «Best shopping», will be delivered to user with the flag «X-Volia-SpamFlag: YES» and subject «[SPAM] Best shopping».

Please, take into account that antivirus protection and SPAM-filtration cannot provide a 100% protection from potentially dangerous mail, though it is the most effective decision today.

Please, do not open suspicious mail that came from unknown sender.
