To receive Volia Premium TV digital programs, you will need a standard digital decoder (a DVB-C compliant set-top-box with CONAX CAS). At present, the following decoders are available for Volia's customers:

- Handan BK-1000 DVR
- Handan BK-299 hiQ
- Samsung
- Xsat
- Humax
- Galaxis
Please read the operating manual for your decoder carefully if you need to adjust its settings.
Note:
The smart card should be placed in the slot with the chip facing down unless contrary is specified in the decoder's operating manual.
